On the edge of downtown. We are listed in “lake” category because we are a couple blocks from Foot Lake. There is a nice walking path along the lake that will take you to Robbins Island Park which has a great park for kids, disc golf course and more walking trails. Other great options within walking distance: Frieda's Cafe: 3 blocks Jakes Pizza: 4 blocks Azteca Mexican Restaurant: 4 blocks Library: 2 blocks Hospital: 3 blocks Holiday Gas Station: 1 block Family Dollar: 1 block

Guest Access

Guests can park in the small parking lot at the back of the property. Please use the white door on the side of the building and then open the wooden door. The entry is shared between the Airbnb (wooden door) and other unit in the first floor. You will enjoy the entire residential section of the house that covers part of the first floor and the entire second floor and a beautifully finished attic. It also includes a huge second floor patio with a covered gazebo.

Good to know

This property includes the 2nd and third floor of our building.

Other Details to Note

One thing to note about our property is that Willmar’s railroad is a couple blocks away. Noise is minimal but you will hear some train horns once in a while.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in Willmar. There was only two of us but the house is perfect for multiple guests with bedrooms on all three levels. Its decor is perfect and provides a warm, welcoming environment. The patio is very large and another space to gather. Each floor provides space to relax and unwind. The bathrooms are gorgeous with all the amenities you need. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it is very thoughtful and provided what we needed. Would definitely stay there again! Awesome home!

We had a wonderful stay at The Loft! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully curated. The space is absolutely beautiful — the interior design is both creative and inviting, with a unique charm that made us feel right at home. It’s also incredibly spacious and very clean, which added to the comfort of our stay. Our host, Andrew, was outstanding — always readily available, responsive, and helpful with any questions we had. His hospitality truly elevated the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend The Loft to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

The Loft was just absolutely fantastic. Exactly as described. Gorgeous rustic cabin interior with great amenities. Andrew was very proactive and responsive in all our communication. Our family of five fit comfortably. We'll look to book this place again next time we return to Willmar.

I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs over the years in the U.S. and Europe and this is one of the top properties I've stayed in! We stayed on a weekend with crazy weather (75 degrees one day and rain/ice/snow the next), so it was the perfect excuse to stay inside and enjoy! The place was GORGEOUS (nice quality furnishings and amenities). The kitchen was well stocked and overall, we felt very at home. The host was very responsive and even offered a later checkout, if needed (which, with the weather, we totally appreciated but ended up not needing - Great to have the offer, though!) The beds were comfortable too! The deck was amazingly HUGE! My only regret is that we didn't use the deck due to the weather. Great place overall!

10 out if 10 stars! Best air bnb we have ever stayed in! It has 3 floors,3 bathrooms, stunning wood walls,floors and ceilings throughout! The exposed brick and organic finishes provide so much character. The deck is huge as promised There are actually 3 livivg spaces ...one one each floor! Having a piano and jetted tub are a huge plus! Super nice hosts who truly enjoy providing a great guest experience. This is a great spot for families! Our grandchildren loved playing hide and seek here.

This is the 2nd time we have rented this apartment. It has 3 floors and plenty of space for all guests. Conveniently located, plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Extremely clean and modern furniture and comfortable beds.

Starting from the building itself, it is very well maintained, has beautiful decor, and is cleverly and creatively decorated with wise use of dead space. We were impressed by the drawer space available. Everything is very clean. We encountered a shower head not working properly, and the owners immediately responded with someone to fix the problem. Kudos! If we had any questions about a location of a garbage disposal switch or trash containers for example, again the owners were quick to respond with answers to our needs. The Loft was also well supplied and if we needed anything, there are plenty of local stores to pick up food or other items. Our family felt very blessed to have discovered Andrew & Maria’s Loft AirBnB. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with a group of 6-8 people. Thank you!

A wonderful place to stay for several families! Wish it would not have been 3 degrees out so we could have enjoyed the patio!! Hope to stay sometime in the summer!!!
