It was my second time staying in the studio...such a cute little basement apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bathroom is outside the unit, just a few steps across the hall, but still very private, so was no issue. Andrew is a great host, and very responsive to your needs. I would stay again, next time I'm in the area.

Beautiful place! The photos, description and amenities listed were accurate. Loved the interior decor and thoughtful personal touches. Great patio area. The location is close to the downtown area if you want to experience Intuition brewery or Frieda’s Cafe. Andrew was very responsive and provided clear instructions on the location, parking and expectations.

I ended up staying at Andrew's place for close to three weeks. What a gem of a place to stay. Off the main road, quiet, but easy access to everything in town. The place itself is very cute and a perfect amount of space. Would stay again.

Andrew was an awesome host very helpful and considerate, I stayed at one of his properties for work with a co worker and it was like staying in a 5 star hotel. 10/10 would recommend to anyone passing through Willmar

Everything was perfect. Close to main roads, close to my grandchildren! This was my first time using an air bib and it was a wonderful experience. After driving a very long way to get there it was so nice that I was able to check in early. The apartment is at least as nice as the photos, and definitely felt luxurious.

This was a great place to stay with a great host. They have done a great job remodeling the place while still leaving some original character. Andrew is a great host that responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented this home last year and it’s still as beautiful as we remembered it. Very clean. Very well maintained. The owner is very responsive to anything we needed. Very nice neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

My family and I booked this little piece of heaven for the holidays. It was our first trip out of the twin cities and we wanted something different. The house was warm, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had just enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was my favorite part of the house. It’s breathtaking. Andrew was very communicative, friendly and very fast at responding to questions. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I’d recommend this place a 1000 times and would definitely visit again. :)
