MY FLAT is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A sweet apartment that is a perfect place to rest after a busy day. A spacious laundry room and a clean bathroom with a shower are in the lower level. MY FLAT will be perfect for 3 single friends or 3 co-workers.

On the edge of downtown. We are listed in “lake” category because we are a couple blocks from Foot Lake. There is a nice walking path along the lake that will take you to Robbins Island Park which has a great park for kids, disc golf course and more walking trails. Other great options within walking distance: Frieda's Cafe: 3 blocks Jakes Pizza: 4 blocks Azteca Mexican Restaurant: 4 blocks Library: 2 blocks Hospital: 3 blocks Holiday Gas Station: 1 block Family Dollar: 1 block
Guest Access
Guests can park in the parking lot at the back of the property and enter the white door on the ground level. This door is always unlocked. Inside there is a common entryway that has two doors. One is for MY FLAT and one is for another Airbnb unit called THE LOFT. A passcode for your private unit will be sent to you a couple days before your stay.
Good to know
Cool industrial vibe. The three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two work stations are on the ground level. The basement has the bathroom and laundry room.
Other Details to Note
This unit is perfect for three students or three workers. The free laundry room is a huge bonus.
