On the edge of downtown. We are listed in “lake” category because we are a couple blocks from Foot Lake. There is a nice walking path along the lake that will take you to Robbins Island Park which has a great park for kids, disc golf course and more walking trails. Other great options within walking distance: Frieda's Cafe: 3 blocks Jakes Pizza: 4 blocks Azteca Mexican Restaurant: 4 blocks Library: 2 blocks Hospital: 3 blocks Holiday Gas Station: 1 block Family Dollar: 1 block
Guest Access
Guests can park in the small parking lot at the back of the property. Please use the white door on the side of the building and then open the wooden door. The entry is shared between the Airbnb (wooden door) and other unit in the first floor. You will enjoy the entire residential section of the house that covers part of the first floor and the entire second floor and a beautifully finished attic. It also includes a huge second floor patio with a covered gazebo.
Good to know
This property includes the 2nd and third floor of our building.
Other Details to Note
One thing to note about our property is that Willmar’s railroad is a couple blocks away. Noise is minimal but you will hear some train horns once in a while.
